Design Drawings and Stamped Architectural Documents for permit and construction - for Residential and Commercial buildings.

Pedtke Construction Management, as the Owner's representative, provides:

Pre-Construction Services (early budgets and schedules)

Construction Services (bidding, awarding contractors, detail issues, change requests, and quality control.
